Children’s care
Children’s trust includes, social services, health. Children’s trust page, social services, health and education. Redbridge have also created children’s Resource Centres. You can call Families Information Direct for info, advice and guidance to support your children!

Day Nurseries
Day nurseries provide full time care, education and play for children up to 5 years. Part-time care may also be available. Some nurseries have places for babies and a few nurseries offer care through the year (except public holidays.) There may be privately run or organised voluntary or community groups. Neighbourhood nurseries are funded by the government to provide high quality child care with subsidised places for families living in their catchment area.

Children Living Away From Home Team
Children Living Away From Home Team can help with these problems:
CLAH teams provide services to children, aged 0-18 years, who are looked after children, attending boarding schools, and living in hospital settings, privately fostered, detained in young offenders in situations or unaccompanied asylum seeking children.

Local Safeguarding Children Board (LSCBs)
The children Act 2004 required each local authority throughout England and Wales to establish LSCBs. The Act places specific obligations on a range of agencies to co-operate in the operation of LSCBs in ensuring the safeguarding and promotion of children's welfare and wellbeing by working together in partnership. The work of LSCBs is part of the wider context of Children's Trust arrangements that aim to improve the overall wellbeing of all children in the local area as defined in the Government's "Every Child Matters" agenda:
Be healthy
Staying safe
Enjoy and achieve
Make a positive contribution
Achieve economic well being.
