Redbridge schools and admission forms.

Admission forms.

An admission form is to get your child into a school with their personal information. The reason why they need your personal information is because, if your child hurts them self or if your child is endangered, say if a fire in the school they would need to phone you. You would need an admission form for nursery, primary, secondary and collage and university. You may not like giving your personal information to the school, but it is for your child’s sake if you want them to go to school. You can get the 2008 or 2009 admission form. If you go on the Redbridge website type in admission forms you can get the booklet of the admission form.
